I'm really not knowledgeable at all at seeing silver unless it says 925 or Sterling on it.

Anyone know what these marks mean?

Possibly Maple & Co Ltd,
Business established in 1841 by John Maple and by 1860 the style of the firm was altered to J. Maple & Co. In 1891 the firm was converted into a limited liability company under the style Maple & Co Ltd.
The "S" suggests Sheffield.

Thanks Mac! Did they do plate too? Looking at the marks I think it should have a lion or crown to be sterling.

Marple & Co. Ltd

I could be wrong but the last/"top" 2 marks appear to be a stylized E & P which would indicate electroplated.
