Silver Ladel, Deer Antler Tong and Chicken Feet Tongs all need ID'd please

Hey yawl. I'm new here, and I need some help, if you don't mind...
I periodicly do things for my Uncle online time from time. He's an antique collecter, and he's always wanting me to find out about certain stuff online. Really, he shoves stuff into my hands and expects me to work miracles...

Regardless, I try to do my best, and that's why i'm here, and I'm hoping you can help. I have three items I want "appraised". I want to know what they are, and how much they're worth, but I won't be selling... just yet.
I supposed this was the right forum/board to post this.

The first item I have is a silver ladel. Big spoon. We suppose it's pure silver, because his magnet won't stick to it, and it's rather heavy, and my Uncle knows (or thinks he knows) his stuff.
Don't fret, I went to the trouble of taking and uploading several pictures of item number one:

Upper:

Lower:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v114/BlazikenKirbytcg/cb9e6614.jpg
Holding (for size. My hand's normal-biggish):
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v114/BlazikenKirbytcg/f4c06e84.jpg

As you can see, it's a bit.. old. Or seems to be. The information doesn't stop there; I got the lettering off the back.
It started on the back, where the big spoon part ends. From left all the way to the right:
1835 R.Wallace AL PAT.JUNE 6,03

How much is this worth, and etc. Need all the info on it, or what you can muster of it, anyway.
(R.Wallace? Rusty Wallace? ;) )

On to item number TWO.... And this one's rather... peculiar, if I shall say so myself.
It appears to be a pair of tongs. The handle is just like the handles on some scissors, but the grabber part is shaped like... Chicken feet. Or something. See for yourself:
Sideways:

Holding:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v114/BlazikenKirbytcg/535427ef.jpg

Strange, hmm? The letters and wording on it are (like the other time, left to right, this time on one of the handles):
SG England EPNS A1

There happens to be a dot between the SG, but there is not a key for a dot like that that's halfway in the air. There's a shortcut, yes, but I'm not going to the trouble of that.

The third item seems to be a single tong/poker thing, like a fork. The handle is made out of a deer antler, my Uncle and Father say. Pictures, coming up:
Side:

Holding:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v114/BlazikenKirbytcg/066a7001.jpg

On it, it merely says:
Stainless Steel Germany

As with the first, I want estimates on all these on what they'll sell for, and what their purpose might have been. I won't be selling right now, I just need information on these items... So I can tell him about them and won't get rough feelings from him. The "Internet" seems to be something invincible and ultimate to him... *sigh* Oh well.
A little intro thing for me and my makeshift screen name.... well, I do things for my uncle... I like Nascar, my favorite driver is Dale Jr. of course (explains the 8), Silver would have to do with what he's making me look up now, and fox.. well I don't have time enough to explain all about that. I hope you'll be able to help me out as much as you can.
Also, if you move this thread elsewhere, PLEASE inform me! I don't want to go on a LONG hunt for it... Like I've done many times before. :(
Thank you.

I can't help on the 3rd. But their Probably Faux Horn Handled

the Tongs DIDN'T Sell for $9.99 on Ebay,
Watch the Spoon, see if it Sells & you Know Average Value.

You could also try Searching R Wallace in the Completed items for Pricing.
see what they sold for last time.

Jeff's right on the mark... as usual!

The serving spoon is silver plated, not solid silver, and was made by R. Wallace & Sons Mfg. Co. of Wallingford, CT. "R. Wallace" is for Robert Wallace, who founded the firm in 1815. The name was changed to Wallace Silversmiths in 1956. The design patent date of June 6, 1903 is self-explanatory. "AL" is actually "A1" and is the Wallace mark for Extra Plate, which was 20% heavier than their standard plating.

The "claw" item is indeed a pair of scissors-style sugar tongs, also called sugar "nips." Some have claw-like tongs; others, shells or even hands. Here are a couple of examples:

Uh-oh... failed to look at the second photo of the fork, which shows actual size.

kenb is absolutely right!

Now to go back and delete my earlier post concerning it...
