Your pictures are pretty blurry... at first glance it appeared to be Star Sapphire ... but i cannot really tell.
Sorry about the pictures. Should have let my wife take them like she suggested lol. Thanks for help with the ID!

It is a star sapphire, I can see the rays in one of the pictrures and the cornflower blue is indicative. Being 14K and the size and color of the stione it's more than likely a synthetic star sapphire.
Thank you for the ID. Definitely can see it now that you pointed it out. Appreciate the help and your knowledge! My wife likes it and it fits her perfectly so won’t be selling it. Scrap value was only $85 any way but still would have been $85 more than I had. Would certainly be happy with $85 every time out.
