looks almost uncirculated. great find!

First, great find! How much silver goes right out thru our hands because we don't pay it any attention?

It might be uncirculated, or near to it. Photos a little blurred. Looks like someone raided a collection, doesn't it?

I hear that there is a lot of silver turning up in change recently. People breaking open their piggy banks to pay bills. Great catch, I'll keep my eyes open too!

The answer to this question is NONE. I can guarantee that not a single silver coin has passed through these two hands unnoticed.

The coin looks to be in great shape, but I have dug them in this condition as well. More likely it was in a coin jar for a long time and someone cashed it in. See my post from 4 years back! http://forum.treasurenet.com/index.php/topic,99141.0.html

I have not seen a silver coin in change in many many months.

I can agreew ith Neil. I check every coin that passes through these hands and the stash my wife complains that weighs her purse down. I swear it seems sometimes she carries 10lbs in coins in her purse.

Collection definitely got raided :laughing9:
Ya got real lucky :hello2:
I check all my coins, plenty of errors out there.
cull out those copper cents too. a pre 82 cent scraps out at $.0288 today.
Nice Score

and 1 silver certificate.was averaging about 2 wheat cents a week but not on the road currently.I have been known to swap pennies out of the take a penny tray if i see a wheat.
