Man it was cold,and windy this weekend trying to get my 60 old nickels for the season, still stuck at 57,but did manage to find some old coin, finds for the weekend are..1919 merc, IH'S 1906 1902, 8 wheats and my best find a CRR EX. trains civil war token in very nice shape...

Love that token. I haven't dug one of those. I did get old nickel #76 this morning. A 1928 Buffalo from WP. Also got indian head #47 with a 1881. A little warmer today. Yesterday was nasty !

Your not kidding my insides are still cold, 4 more nickels to go Ed to reach that big 80 man thats a lot of nicks...
 

Love the token don't see many of them around. Great piece of history. You will get your goal keep digging. Weather does not look good this weekend either in NY.
