Silver, Gold & Diamonds and a Wallet - All within an hour at the beach.
Just got back from the beach. Went out "sand fishing" with my Wife for an hour after dinner. We picked up a few dollars in clad coins and I found a very nice Silver Surf Board necklace. Thinking I had found the prize of the evening I went to show my wife. She listened intently at my rambling on about "being the man" when she whipped out her find. A big honking man's gold (10K) and diamonds (7) ring! We will keep the ring as a trophy to show the non-believers that there is a pay-back for the time and effort. (I think finding pennies is fun too) Way to go Wifey!
On our way back to the car I saw a man's wallet on the ground. I opened it to see if there was any identification. There was, a drivers license. I called the name on the license and a young fellow called back from the crowd. Same guy pictured on the license. He was very happy to get it back.
All in all, it was a great night and I have a wife who is now hooked on MD'ing. She keeps bugging me as to when we are going again.
