I was out today and got me some silver. A 1945S war nickel.

But what got me a bit more excited was this 1912 Wheatie

Don't get me wrong, silver is AWESOME, but who would not want to know this pennies secrets?

Also found 1941 and 1958D Jefferson and 1951D Wheatie.

Nice. Funny thing, all these years I have NEVER found a war nickel in the ground. At the bank, yes, a 14th century coin, yes, but a war nickel, NO!

Nice!!!! Congrats!!!!

Nice War Nickel Mark. Silver is always good, and yes, if only the coins could talk, what secrets may be revealed ?

Cool Silver war nickel and yeah the wheatie has much to tell. Cool post, thanks for sharing.

Nice finds for sure keep rippin

War nickels are tough to find, it took me 4 years to find one. To put it in perspective, I found a peace dollar before I found a war nickel!

Wish I could fine a silver dollar. Soon. My clock's running down. I 'pose I still got a few more years, though.

I like the war nickel. The penny looks to be in decent shape for the age. Nice save. Congrats

Nice old coin shooting! :occasion14:
