✅ SOLVED Silver ? Fork

I found this and don't know if it is silver or not.. The color looks right ,but no 925 stamp on it..
Any help would be appreciated... Marks are a Maltese cross W.R. then a symbol...

Probably silverplate. Maybe early 1900's. We really need to see the rest of it to get a date range.

It's the Lenora pattern from 1905.

It's either a dinner fork or a salad fork. I do not think it is short enough for a dessert fork.
