I tried to google the hallmarks but I got lost, can someone give me a hallmark cheat sheet or some kinda break down of how they work? Thanks. Also does this fork have a glass inlay?

I believe it is American, from the Watson Company. I can't find an exact match but they use the crown/W/Lion hallmark.
