Native American probably.I say probably because so much Native stuff is ripped. Earrings like this have been made here for years and still are. They had a moment of fame when a Hollywood person was seen wearing them. Got a magazine cover. That was maybe 20 years ago.
They are still sold here.
As far as age goes I think they are probably fairly recent. Silver depends on the Silversmith.
There is also German Silver that has no real silver at all.

Here's a pic of the end after I was done testing it. I am getting some red not as much as when I test 925 stuff but not that far off. I don't think it's aluminum but what other kinds of metal could it be?

Like I said it might be German Silver which is not silver at all.
By law silver has to be stamped with content and makers mark.

You guys were right I think it must be pewter not silver. Going back in the junk bag thanks for the comments. Oh yeah it's a necklace not an earring. Again thanks
