Went back to the silver dollar lot this morning. My digging buddy was already there and had found TWO silver dollars!! Since he doesn't do the forums, I am posting a picture of his finds and my meager finds from today to show they are still coming out of the ground there. It is obvious that there are more there, just a matter of digging in the right place. This makes over 20 silver dollars from this one lot.

Hope I have better luck tomorrow. Till then. Happy Hunting !!!

You have given up on this site several times. Doesn't look like its times yet!

I wouldn't give up, that's for sure.....maybe some "moving dirt" around might pop up some more goodies!! Very nice job fellas!!:occasion14:

You guys really are killing with silver at that "silver dollar lot"! :occasion14:

Just the words, "Silver Dollar Lot" would keep me up at night.
Keep at it,, just when you think you're done, your friend is going to text you and show you pictures of what he found this morning.
Congratulations on getting out and for not giving up.

Very nice finds. I would keep at it too. Good luck in the future.

I think the hardest thing was seeing what he found (he doesn't even OWN a detector) !!! Then I couldn't even find ONE piece of silver. I was happy for him, but it was hard to swallow. But, I'm not giving up yet !!

I really can't complain. I would have NEVER believed I would find 11 silver dollars on the same lot. It DOES keep me going back !!

Nice site. Had some serious usage at one point or more. Congratulations to both you and your buddy.

What a site you have there- like it keeps endlessly replenishing itself! Congrats on the amazing finds!

What a lot!! You're killing it :notworthy:

I just had a thought. . . about 9-years ago, me & two detecting buddies hit a demolition property where a house was going to be torn down. About 30 minutes into our hunt, the guy next door stops by to see what we've been finding. Long story short, he tells us that when he was a kid and lived across town, every New Years Eve his neighbor would take a handful of pocket change and throw it out the 2nd-floor window into the back yard. . . it was his way of celebrating.

Sounds like great information. Did it turn out to be a great site? I would have never known how good my site was if others hadn't told me about it "raining money" during demolition.
