Silver coins?

I just started detecting with my tesoro deleon today and looking forward to actually finding something old.
What years roughly are the silver dimes, nickles and quarters?
I found .63 cents this morning but no silver coins or wheats. Looking forward to breaking a dollar next outing .

Hey Robbor, dimes, quarters, halves, and dollars before 1964 are 90% silvers. Nickels only had silver in them from 1942-1945. And the kennedy halves had 40% silver in them from 1965-1970. Hope this help good luck finding some.
