The bank was robbed on Dec. 12, 1907. The below referenced (and interesting article) states the bank robbers were led by Henry Starr. Starr had balked at robbing the bank in Fair Play, so decided instead to go south and rob the bank in Adlrich; then the gang headed SW towards Dadeville (enroute to where?). Find the creek near the Aspbell's farm (between Aldrich and Dadeville) will get today's TH-er close to where the spot the cash was dropped/buried.
