✅ SOLVED silver coin? pentagram pattern

Found it on a farm from the early 1900s, about 3 inches down. Looks modern to me, and upon closer look i thought it looked laser-etched. Also too thin to be a coin, non- magnetic. First thing i thought of was the foil on top of a wine bottle

well its definitely not silver..Sorta looks like the back to a pocket watch , Whats weird about the Witch coin theory, is that site is the only site that says that, and I think they are even guessing at what it could be.

Are there any markings on the other side?

nope, just the same engraving. I'm pretty sure I figured it out though:

it's a scam where a psychic would mail you a cheap "talisman" and instructs you to break it in half, and send half back to the sender with $10 in order to activate the lucky coin or w/e.

and if you google "Maria Duval" + talisman you get results and pictures for the same coin as mine
