✅ SOLVED Silver coin id...

Anyone know what this silver coin is? It's about the size of an American half dollar. I don't believe I've come across one like it yet and can't read enough of it to get a good Google hit. I figure it's 1700's.

No problem...that's a great find. I found a 1/3 ECU last fall and I thought it was pretty big...yours is one that I am hoping for every time I dig at an old French site...and that's mainly where I dig...
