Last night I found a 1946 Rosie at my honey hole. It was in the same hole as a huge nail, and another small nail too. This morning I did a tally, and this dime turns out to be the 45th silver coin from my honey hole! I don't think I'm going to make it to 50 silvers, this spot is basically done.
My favourite coins from this spot are the 1896 Morgan dollar, 1896s semi-key Barber half, 1903s key date Barber dime, and 1903 Canadian 5 cent silver. I have also found many IH, Wheat, and old Canadian pennies at this spot, along with "V" and Buffalo nickels.
What an adventure this spot has been for me. I will occasionally return, but it's time to find a new honey hole.
