Looks to be stoneware . . . early 20th c.

very pretty ring! that stone looks more like the caribbean stone (the name I can never recall) than turquoise but I could be wrong.
 

Yes, late late victorian. No makers mark tho. Im not sure of the stones origin, its pretty scratched up. Nice cool old find, im happy with it,

I like that ring..... if I found it, my wife would probably claim it..... I would trade it to her for her company metal detecting...

are you thinking of larimar? I agree that it doesn't look like turquoise? can we see a closeup of the stone?

Larimar is only found in the Dominican Republic.
