Got out early with my son Carson and eagleforce ( Ryan ) to hunt a middle school , didn't work out :BangHead: . We moved on to a elementary school and Carson hit silver :hello2:! He had a +26 at around 3 inches and it was a nice 925 silver charm bracelet :headbang: . Then the soccer teams moved in so we moved on again . The next school is one that we never seem to get to hunt due to games going on , not this time :icon_thumright: . We hunted a good two hours and had some great finds ! Carson found a kids ring with a blue stone right away , his #5 of the year . I then got a nice +75 at 6 inches , wheat number one of the hunt . It was a 1941 S . Then Ryan found his great find , see his post  . Then I found a kids ring with dolphins on it , ring #46 . Then another wheat cent , 1945D . Next was some silver  . At 6 inches I had a iffy sounding +77 , first Mercury dime of the year , 1942 . The it happened ring #47 ! It was a +32 at 3 inches , as soon as I turned back the plug I saw gold ! 14k band that weighs 4.8 grams .

I think it's more like mom and dad lose their rings while watching the games :laughing7:

You got a merc! With all those wheaties, you know there's gotta be more. Gold too. And silver It looks like a great spot. Keep us posted!!!

Yet again, another great hunt for you Glen! :occasion14:
The gold wedding band is a great find, so is the '42 Merc.

I hope to be out detecting again soon, as my AT Pro was stolen from my work truck on Tuesday night. :BangHead:
I've ordered another unit from Kellyco and I'm having it sent to my companies office in Bangor, they will then forward it to me in Toronto. Apparently, Kellyco isn't allowed to ship Garrett detectors to Canada because they're prices are so much lower then what I would have paid for the same 'package' here. It's true too, if I'd ordered the exact same 'package' here, it would've cost me almost $400 more! :icon_scratch:

Nice to hear that you and Carson are still getting out together!
Dave

Great finds- there's nothing like flipping the plug and seeing gold. I always enjoy reading your posts- continued good luck to you guys!

Nice finnds congrats on the gold its kind of depressing looking at your posts, just kidding ill hit something sooner or later worth posting.

Sweet Gold Glen...:occasion14:

Congrats Ring King to you and Carson very nice finds! Maybe I should start handing out free hand lotion at the field games! Lol!

Detector thefts from vehicles seems to be increasing! Next new thing will be a detector lock!
ANTIQUARIAN - I hope your auto ins. covered the loss. Glad you are getting another soon season is short up here.
