Limited for time today I decided to try a school I had'nt been to. It turned out to be too trashy and the grass way too high so I bailed after a bit. I went to a place I had found this past winter. I did find four silver and a buffalo along with some wheaties there in November so I decided to go back. After awhile I got a good hit on a shallow 1946 rosie. Not long after I found the button that says Orange Gilt on it. There's another word that starts with a R above it but it's under the shank so I can't read it. Just a old mem and shotgun shells after that. I try to be aware of my surroundings when I'm out in the woods. You never who or what is out there. I hear something rustling around and look over my shoulder and see this beautiful red fox just meandering around. It never saw me seeing it. I really have to start taking my camera with me.

Hi Mike,
Nice finds for your limited time. With all of those shotgun shells and other bullet casings you are finding in NJ, have you thought about finding an old MOB hit site? Just kidding. It would have been nice to see a picture of the Fox. He probably saw you before you saw him and figured you were preoccupied and not a threat. Weather is getting hotter as we move into summer.
