I decided to try one last place today after several dead ends, I ALSO have knocked at this house for the last month or so: today someone was finally home! I got the friendliest sweetest woman who was also totally cool and let me detect her property. I actually told her, "You've really made my day!" I ended up with my 53rd and 54th silver bringing my September total to 5 (ha ha). Silvers: 1935-D Washington and 43-P Jefferson. Also picked up a neat good for one fare token for a bus company with a clover cut-out. 10 wheats including a rusted steel cent that was in the hole with 2 other copper cents...a marble and a few buttons.

Went back Sunday and found 3 wheats, a 48' nickel and a 1912-D Barber dime.
