after this mornings hunt i figured to be done for the day.Had to go to grocery store to pick out some steaks for dinner,lo and behold saw a sidewalk tearout on way to the store. After rushing my girlfriend thru the shopping i went home for the detector not expecting anything spectacular. My first signal was about 2 inches and out popped an injun, was pretty dirty so i couldnt see the date, stuck it in pocket and continued my hunt.Picked up 4 wheats nothing very oldi believe oldest was a 23.For curiositys sake does everyone else seem to find an awful lot of 44 wheats...it seems like i get at least 1 every hunt.Anyhow by the time i got back home steaks were done so i had to delay rinsing coins off which seemed like no big deal.I was pleasantly surprised that the indian is my oldest to date and in much better shape than the pic shows...still trying to get the hang of this scanner...thanx for looking and hh to all...jon

Wow, great IH. Congrats.
Yes, I too find a boat load of those darn 44 wheats. 45's too.
I'll trade you some for that nice looking IH. ;D

you did REAL good ! super nice find congrats ;)

That's a nice Indian! I've got some 45's to trade. Way to go!

Nice date on the Indian, semi-key day and worth the rushing!!

Nice IH recovery!
Maybe I should rent a Jackhammer. :D

Congratulations!

Nice!!! That 66 is worth some $$$$$$$. The 44 and 45 wheats are ultra-common; almost 1.5 billion on the 44, over a billion on the 45.

i am going back to the sidewalk tomorrow morning to talk to the contractor. He was a few years behind me in school, hopefully he will give me his schedule...
