I'm a bit lost by what you mean on the spoon. Most Silver spoons are marked but that one is not silver or do you mean most spoons (even non silver) are marked with makers marks?

The key hole shaped thing, I think is off a ladies corset for fastening the back up.

No idea on the bullet, happy hunting :icon_thumright:

The rectangular thing on the bottom left is a stripper clip used for holding ammo. The reason we won the War of 1812 was the British were still using muskets & we had M-16s.... Nice finds What are the markings on the bottom of the shell casing ? Possibly 30-06 and possible it came from the stripper clip in the pic as well. WWI & WWII Springfield rifles used them and used that caliber and the left over ammo was sold as surplus to hunters for many years. The clip would typically hold 5 rounds to make it easier to reload the rifles.

Your bullet next to the ruler looks like a some what modern 9mm. :icon_scratch: Not 100% sure though... :dontknow:

Keep @ it and HH !! ;D :D

That is a stripper clip but not for an M-16 for they hold 10Rds on a stripper clip. The whole cartridge should be a .30 carbine(7.62x33), the projectile with its size should be a .45 ACP. The lone brass Should be 30-06(7.62x63).

Not sure where half the posts went, must have missed something again. :-\

Have you got better pictures (close ups, front & back) of the small key hole thingy?

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call... The Twilight Zone!
