IMG_0677.JPGIMG_0679.JPGIMG_0680.JPGIMG_0675.JPG With snow on the ground on Saturday morning I didn't do my usual pre work hunt. On Sunday, Sue and I got in a two hour hunt with sunny skies but a very strong wind. We had picked a pair of small parks to hunt but when we arrived at the hunt sites both parks were closed to the public and police cars were blocking the entrance. With that, we headed to the next town over and hunted a baseball field until the wind became unbearable. In the two hours we were there we dug 43 coins worth $7.77. Sue dug the boy scout neckerchief slide and also the 1947 Maple Leaf variety Canadian cent.

Same problem, parks patrolled to enforce compliance...I have been doing sidewalks, usually I am totally alone...and no one has complained.
