Well its hard to compare the two they are two totally different machines they both are extremely easy to use just turn on and go both speak their on language so learning the sounds is important the safari is alot more sensitive and makes alot of different noises.I liked the fact the at pro was waterproof I found over 25 silver rings with it and had a blast being in the water but the safari is a deep machine and I meen deeep but very slow compared to the pro
