Short hunt after work at "Silver Mine" Park, Jan 25th

Another hunt after work today. I hunted the grass for awhile then the lure of a trail into the woods drew me in. Hit a pocket spill along the trail in a area where old poptops started surfacing. On with the show!

Total Finds. 18 pennies, 3 nickels, 1 dime and 1 loonie. And a good conduct medal.

4 year conduct bronze medal. Supposed to have the school information/heraldry on front but it is smooth. Some schools gave silver ones for 8 years.

Bottletop with what looks like a cannabis leaf on it. Any info appreciated.

1954 and 1962 Young Elizabeth pennies.

Pocketspill. 1950 George VI, 1956, 1957 and 1958 Young Elizabeth Pennies and a 1961 Young Elizabeth Nickel.

Bottle top possibly has cannabis theme but its pic also looks roughly like your Canadian maple leaf coin. Maybe someone has found the same bottle top & can fill us all in as to which symbol it represents. HH Andi

Apparently it's a Canada Molsen Beer top from a few years ago.

Apparently it's a Canada Molsen Beer top from a few years ago.

looks too much like a dope leaf to me to be a Molsen cap. I googled 'marijuana leaf bottle cap' and came up with some hits on some marijuana infused soda called 'Dixie Elixirs'. Not a positive ID, but it could be from one of those. However, I couldn't find a link with a picture of the cap.
