I am going to get the White's DFX and wanted to know what accessory would be the best to get with the $200, a different coil
What did others buy or wish they had bought for the DFX?
I will use it for coins, parks, ghost towns etc.

only thing that i wished i purchased with My DFX was the padded carrying case. I'm using my golf travel bag and it isn't quite the right size but works for now. A new coil would be cool, but i really like the stock coil that comes with the machine. It has excellent depth, and perfect for the beach and parks. So far i haven't had the need to buy many accessories because the machine has been so good ad finding things. Hope you have as good of a time that I have had with mine. good luck.

I would go with the extra coil any day! A free coil is better than a travel case in my opinion.

If I went for another coil which one should I choose?
[Eclipse Shooter DD (4x6) or Blue Max DD (4x6) 6.59 kHz]
[Hunted areas coins, parks, ghost towns etc]

Paul, first off, the "Blue Max 6x4" CANNOT be used with a DFX. However, the Eclipse 6x4 CAN. In my opinion, the best use of your $200.00 would be 1) Eclipse 6x4 DD and 2) the padded carrying case. Hope this helps; HH Jim

I think I will go with the Eclipse 6x4 DD & a padded bag.
I read that the DD's search pattern is straight down & 'wedge' shaped instead of the regular cone shape found in regular coils, so you are getting the full length of the coil with every search and less chance of missing a target.

Lets see....I got a carry case, digging tool, I-detect software, beach scoop, digging pouch, head phones with my $200 shopper Dollars. I can't say enough about the service I got with Whites. Put Shopper dollar list in the mail on Monday and Friday afternoon I got my stuff. However, I am only 100 miles away from whites....but that is still a quick turn-around time for any order this time of year if you ask me.

I also wanted to get a detector stand, but I couldn't use my dollars on it But they sent me one for free with my shipment

Well I sent my check last Thursday (during the blizzard) to White's and received my package today....fast..........
I ended up buying a 4x6 Eclipse Shooter DD coil and a padded bag.

I also had some questions about a leather pouch that Randy Smith wore in the DFX DVD so I emailed White's sales dept. last night, within 10 minutes I had an email back from Randy, nice person, great company!

I know...I would love to but I'm not sure I can.....Christmas has sort of got in the way...every evening this week has been taken up with something to do with Christmas, shopping, work party etc etc....I'm hoping things will quiet down so we can get together and I can take my new DFX out for a spin.
Are you going hunting if so local??

I ordered a pinpointer and 5.3 coil. Needed the small coil because lots of areas around here are trashy, pinpointer speaks for itself. Had to write White's a check, but ws worth it!
