That Anchor - Hocking symbol in the center was used from 1937 to 1976. The '3' on the left is the A-H plant number for Winchester. L-875 is the mold number for the bottle.

Good call with the embossing the base...to me, just by the shape looks like a Wyeth bottle has similar characteristics but clearly different.
