Shipwreck wood? Need help with nails and details

Found this maybe 100ft in water at Holden beach, near the S end of the island.

Still has the nails in it that have turned golden, anyone have any ideas for dating or where it came from? (Ship, etc), type of nails or anything?

I've attached pictures, one of the nails came out fairly easy and I took a closer picture.
