Wow....the mother load of marbles....congrats thats so cool !!

Nice recovery, liking this one. Nothing like getting a whole collection out of one hole.

I sometimes wonder if the neighbours ever recovered marbles on their properties. Me and my Bro shot an ice cream bucket full at their house and over their house one summer. (yes we were little tyrants)
The newly discovered surgical rubber hose in large slingshot. :headbang:

That is so cool- it's awesome to find a single marble, never mind an entire collection- Congrats!

Now that is every bit as neat as finding a coin spill, but then again I always like finding Marbles. Great job.

Nice!!! Congrats!!! Somebody lost their Marbles lol

A few years back I was staying at a hotel and there happened to be a Marble Convention there with many people that had their collections, I talked with a few of them and learned that the right marbles are worth a lot of money. I always keep marbles that find there way into my scoop.

wow there is a story there for sure ....

Looks like most of them are big ones, looks like ya can play marbles now nice find

What fun is THAT...and you have some interesting varieties in your collection. I hope Cheese posts more info here. [emoji106]🏻

heck of a spill, thanks for posting

about 15 years ago I was working on a house that had a big barn, on the barn floor was a hole about the size of a silver dollar, I shined a light down the hole and saw glass, bottles, I'm a bottle digger too, my boss own the house so I pulled a few stones out of the foundation to the barn and crawled under it, there were tons of bottles under the floor, but they were all from the 30's and 40's, . I crawled to the hole in the floor and sifted the dirt with my gloves and found a few marbles, I laid there in the dust sifting the dirt and pulled out over 50 marbles that day, all glass, couldn't do that now, I'm to fat haha, I found the pic of the angle5.jpgother score, it was in 2004

Nice score,, I see one or two blue and yellow marbles that might be "Cub Scouts"
Go to the MARBLES format and let Cheese have a look at them. Congratulations
