Several cool What's it finds from the lake---help me out

I found some cool stuff today. There were a few I wasn't sure about. The first looks like it might have been the base of maybe a candlestick. It has some old looking designs. The top opening has a screw in part. The next piece is light metal, triangle shaped. There is a number 1 on the back. My favorite piece is decorative and old, has a small hole on one end, is heavy. On the back is the number 175 stamped in it. Finally, a weird shaped piece of stuff. No clue. Thanks so much! I love my AT Pro!

No. 1: how about a spindle--you know, the kind you stick a paid bill on. But you have to be sober or the pointy thing will damage your hand. Is the hole in the top small enough to accomodate the pokey thing? I know I have seen bases like that. But I don't know how heavy duty the pokey thing has to be. Thick enough to be durable, and go through a palm. Or webbing at the base of your fingers. Or your sister's hand.

The last photo reminds me of a fire extinguisher pin...just a wild guess I really don't know.

Along the lines of what Gizmo said it looks like there is a split along the straight end....Like a cotter pin would have! So maybe some kind of cotter pin.

I was thinking grenade pin, but after looking at my grenades, they tend to be like a split ring with a cotter pin added.

Pic #3 resembles a piece of trim from a boat, I think. Kind of like the end piece from the metal strips on old boats back when they used to look like cars, even had tail fins. Niffler

#1 A base of some sorts; possibly for a candlestick.
#2 The point from a chrome side piece from a car from the 50s or 60s.
#3 Part of a drawer pull.
#4 Part of an iron horse bit.

your first item has an Oriental look to it.Wonder if it wasnt an insence stick holder?
The last item almost looks like broken scissor handles?

Thanks HPD, needed to get back into a routine, the last two weeks were hectic, now we are trying to catch-up on things at the house and all, and move on.

Nope didn't compare it to all grenade pins, but they all seemed to follow the same lines. But since you challenged me I will look again.....LOL.

Number 2 could be a rub rail end cap from a boat. Look at number 4 in the picture.
