Seven silver coins yesterday.........................

Spring is here and the weather is great for hunting!....A friend and myself hunted an old fairground we've been hunting off and on for about 3 years.. Off to one side of the fairground there is a garden spot which was part of the grounds many years ago.. The garden is about an half acre in size and was recently plowed for the first time in years. The area was used for parking and an holding area for animals.. My friend Andy found seven Mercury dimes, a sterling ring and numerous wheat pennies. As for myself I found four Merc. dimes, two Rosie dimes, two Buffalo nickels, one Wash, quarter and numerous wheat pennies.. We'll be going back soon to finish hunting the area, it was a lot of fun finding silver in quantity again..

I get the feeling there might be some more silver near the proximity of that spot. I keep the most ornate pieces of silver as wall hangers. As an added bonus if werewolves ever attack, we might have a fighting chance. lol
