Got a call Thursday to look for a lost ring that was sentimental to its owner. The ring was a 14k nugget with 4 diamonds and was a gift from his father who has long since passed. I was able to meet the guy at his property this afternoon. He thought he lost it while spreading deer corn. There were several places he had spread corn so I started hunting anywhere I could see corn on the ground. I was getting worried after about 15 minutes of not finding anything and started down his dirt road where he had parked that day. Luckily, no one had driven down that road since he lost it because I found it in his tire track!
