Found this at an estate sale for less than a dollar. Its a Seiko G757 watch. It needs a new battery. It was the type of watch used in the James Bond film "Octo*****." I want to watch the film to see the exact scene it was in.

The condition looks great. Those type of 80s LCD watches are selling really well now. I'm always keeping an eye out for them. I sold one like it to a fella in GB. Being he paid like $190. for it. I asked him what all else should I look for? I don't know if I still have his reply in my eBay archives, but he mentioned mostly seiko's and casio models from the late 70s up into the 90s. Both stainless steel and plastic models. He wasn't to keen on any gold plated ones. I've got a couple 1st Gen. Casio screw-back G-Shocks I know I could get maybe more than 20 times the money I gave. Both need new plastic bezel covers and bands, but you can buy genuine Casio replacements kits for around $35. at a few online location's.

Great condition vintage Seiko. Here’s hoping it works
