Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
The body is .925 with 2 black hills gold leafs, an awesome find(by herself during her lunch hour) and she thought she was hooked before, she's a lifer for sure now! She literaly has about 3 hours experience from going with me, this was prior to her getting the cibola, she has about 1 1/2 hours on her machine. Well I couldn't help giving her a nickname..."The Natural" hehe, she 'digs it ;o)

Fabbr,
Really nice to have your significant other "The Natural" happy with the 'passion' of detecting, it does take over after awhile. Very nice looking ring there. How did you settle on the Cibola just curious.....................63bkpkr

I wanted to get her a fairly simple machine with good descrimination, I was looking at the vaquero but thought she would do better with simplicity at least for now, I suggested the vaquero for my dad and he purchased one, I use an at pro these 3 machines behave well in close proximity to each other as well, as close as a few feet even

I am glad about the find too Cool! The Tesoro Metal Detectors are very dependble. I have a Vintage/old 1980's Tesoro Goldensabre with silent search and has all the whistles and bells which the top models are designed today with accept & reject and the list of metals on 2 dials, it still works great today. I read yesterday a guy went thru some Gold tailings and found a nice nugget. It sounds funny, the Goldensabre is a VLF machine and is not sold to be a Gold finder but if big enough and if you are right on top of it your'e gona hit it! The Cibola is a modest machine and you are right, sometimes simple is better, ya can't beat a your gals braging rights with the proof in the pudding. Hope you have more good times and more Kodak Moments, Goldentruth.
