Thought I'd give nickels and dimes another try so I picked up twenty rolls of nickels and ten rolls of dimes.
Skunked on the dimes.
Nickels produced: 1 Canadian, 5 1940's, 6 1950's, and.......1 1902 V!
I was blown away when I found the V nickel. It's not in the greatest shape. It's mostly black and on the reverse you can see some red showing through. Should I try to clean it an if so, does anyone have some pointers on that process? I'll try to post a picture tomorrow. Think I'll stick with nickels and dimes for a little while and see how it goes.
As far as dimes go, are there any I should be looking for besides silver and '09's?
