second ring return this season

I left work today looking forward to some water hunting. The water was beautiful at Siesta key beach. I was having an average hunt,coins and junk jewelery. I was digging a bobby pin,then a toasted dime. I was moved off the dime area by a wave,and where I wound up my machine screamed at me.I dug the shallow signal, and in the scoop was the nicest ring I have ever dug! A ladies white gold Topaz and diamond ring. I was able to "pull it together" and hunt a while longer.I ran into one of the regular water hunters,and he told me of a loss on Sunday of the ring I had just found. I showed him the ring,and he said that's the one he saw on Craigslist. I contacted the grateful owner,and was able to return it this evening.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.I brought along my 9yr old son for the return.I wanted him to see how doing the right thing affects everyone.On the drive home he pulled his eyes away from his video game,(a miracle!) and said "dad that was really cool what you just did for her" That meant the world to me.
