Second gold ring of the Yr. (1st w/ diamonds!)

I found this in the sand area of a fresh water beach. 14kt peridot with diamonds. Finally, digging all that foil and trash has paid off! Brought it by a jeweler along with some other gold and silver I have found but he didn't get too excited about the ring. He said they were diamond chips but just offered to buy it for the value of the gold. I didn't sell I love finding gold! I don't exactly have the smallest hands so the last picture gives you an idea of its size. I think about a 9. Just a guess.
