Second Day At Stumble Site

Second day digs at a sight i stumbled on yesterday. Fought snow and gusty winds , but it was worth it . 1891 Seated Liberty Quarter, no date Draped Bust LC, 5 buckles , 5 buttons, crotal bell and other goodies. Just scaped the surface of a 20 acre field

I thought so at first to but i didn't want to get my hopes up . Never found a Liberty Cap . Mabey someone else will chime in

The downward slant on the bottom of the bust has me thinking so. Was it thicker than a draped bust? I just got off a double shift so I'm a little groggy. Like I said, maybe just my eyes... That quarter is sweet too. Forgot to mention that the first time around. Never found a seated quarter myself.

I just put it next to the Draped Bust i dug yesterday, same thickness. Ill take a picture of them togethor

Yeah. I think it was my imagination. It would have been thicker if it were a capped. Still a great day for sure.
