Just picture what you would have said to an agent when you asked why the premiums were so high and the insurance agent told you he was selling you a policy that included maternity coverage for men.

In one of the most absurd exchanges during the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s hearing on the rollout of the Obamacare website, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius was asked if a man had ever given birth.

U.S. Rep. Renee Ellmers, R-N.C., asked Sebelius about men maternity policies for men under the Affordable Care Act.

“Now, as far as the essential health benefits, correct me if I’m wrong,” Ellmers said. “Do men not have to buy maternity coverage?”

Sebelius did not answer the question directly.

“Policies will cover maternity coverage for the young and the healthy—”

Ellmers interjected, “Including men?”

Sebelius said such policies have benefits whether you use them or not, and some benefits include maternity coverage, mental health coverage and domestic violence coverage.

“We’re forcing them to buy things that they will never need,” Ellmers concluded.

And no one should forget to thank Supreme Court Justice Roberts for his part (vote) in this fiasco too. The only good thing about this new health law is the possibility that the majority of the American people, Dems, Independants and Repubs, will FINALLY get so angry and wake up to what this POTUS, his admin, and the liberals are REALLY ABOUT and vote these destroyers of the American way of life out of office in 2014 and definitely vote against Hillary and her own brand of ilk in 2016.

What O-Care is all about is raising revenue. Paying premiums for male maternity is simply to do that. The Insurance company gets increased revenue, without having to worry about paying out for that benefit. This allows them to hold down the cost of insurance for other beneficiaries....including the subsidies the government provides. It's all about wealth-redistribution boys and girls...simple. Just more lies from Obama.....you know, "I won't raise taxes". Just another to add to the list. Liberals lie...get used to it. If they told the truth, they wouldn't get elected.

They are millions of us that will not go quietly. Anyone who would support martial law under any scenarios other than a major national catastrophe is a traitor and deserves to be treated as such. Even then I would never surrender my arms.

I also have more faith then that in our military, my bet if it ever were tho happen, God forbid, more than half the military would refuse to support it and would join a resistance.

If a national martial law was ever declared there would be a civil war. It would not just be individuals resisting, it would be states resisting too...

National Guard members refused to disarm citizens after Katrina... Many state's National Guards units are also very well equipped...

If it were a national catastrophe like Yellowstone erupting they could declare ML, but they would have their hands so full dealing with that nightmare they couldn't handle disarming us and among us who would give up our weapons at the time we needed them the most...
