Is anyone here able to identify some seashells? There's not a lot of seashell forums that are active. Some of shells I think I know what they are, but not completely sure. Its a lot of pictures, but I would appreciate it if someone could help. I'll put what I think it is below picture. Yes I know there's lots of sites to look up shells yourself, but I don't know the location they were found in.
First 2 pictures, Hawaii Sunrise Shells?
Next are some small color spiral shells
Not sure on 4th
5th and 6th is just a small weird shaped one
7th and 8th a small spiny shell
9-10 No idea
11th some kind of leg?
12 Red abalone? most are 8-10"
13 small red shell
14-15 another spiny shell I think a few spines broke at tip
16-17 cool looking black and white spiny shell
18-19 more spiny shells
20-21 Large Conch? around 12"
22-23 Helmet shell? around 10" Tip might have broken off
24-25 No idea
Last 2 pictures dark purple/black spiny snail shells?

Again I don't really know how else to describe them. If you can confirm any of these let me know. Thanks

I'm not a shell expert so take this with a grain of salt. Pics 9 & 10 are what we used to call olive shells & used to see them in Florida. No idea if that's right. The one you think is a conch is a conch. Saw a LOT of those when I lived in Key West.

Yea, the guy I bought them from traveled a lot around the US and picked up all his stuff during his trips. Would be a lot easier to ID if I knew where they were found.

My girl collects shells... she would be able to ID all of them I bet.
I will try to get her to take a look and relay what they are.
She is watching a movie and annihilating a cookies and cream milkshake at present.

first one is a Cryptopecten pallium AKA: Royal cloak scallop... indian and pacific oceans for smalls up to 2 inches... bigger is called something else.

Picture 9 and 10 I believe is called scotch bonnets. I see a lot of these on Ocracoke. Most of these shells can be found there.
