Search feature limits - CHARTER MEMBERS ONLY

I regret to inform everyone that I've disabled our search feature to all but our Charter Members.

Searching the forum taxes the cpu the most, and until we get on faster servers, I'm forced to limit who can use it.

Of course, you COULD become a Charter Member and get access to the search feature right away!
