Scuba in NY ?

I was wondering if anyone Knows were i can get my tanks inspected and filled in the upstate area of NY ? I live in otsego county and the closest i've found so far is in Syracuse which is a bit far,so i 'm hoping maybe someone here knows of something closer.Thanks !
