Scraper?

Hey y’all, I found this little leaverite out west. I think it’s some type of lithic that could be knapped, but I am not sure. It kinda looked like a thumb scraper to me, but I don’t exactly have the best record for identifying these things. Regardless thanks!

Looks like it could be, also could be a simple cutting tool.
