Scraper and flake?

So, here's a question. I suspect that one of this is a scraper. This was found on a private property walking trail in se Wisconsin with gravel that was put down years ago. Anyhow, the site was once I native site and am wondering if these show signs of stone work or a result of being processed by a machine that crushes gravel. The owner found points on his land over the years....
