scrap iron prices

Is there a website that tells what is being paid for scrap iron around the
country, what are you getting and where are you at?
google is no help as far as I can see.

I am dealing in multiple tons that I have been sitting on for years and
was just curious to see what is going on nation wide.

I am in an isolated area and realize what I am going to get will probably be
at the lowest price in the country.

My scrap buyer seems to think because I talked to him last fall that he should
only have to pay the price from last November when no deal was made and he
said there was no time limit on the container/dumpter, he said I could fill
it as my time allowed.

Scrap iron has almost doubled since then,
he only wants to pay November 07 price and he
just picked up the container this week.

Find another scap buyer, get his price and then see if the first guy will change his mind.
