Went back to my new park again today. I am so surprised we aren't snowed in by now. But I am not complaining. I had detected about an hour finding clad when I get a deep copper penny, dime sound on the Etrac. It seemed like I was digging to China. I then thought, "Great I am digging for a can." I was already deep so I figure I would finish the excavation when this popped out.

A Cub Scout neckerchief slide.

I then went back to the clad for about an hour. I told myself I won't leave until I find silver. I then get an iffy 12-39 to 12-48. It was deep and not hitting any iron numbers. So I dig and dig but finally I got it out of the hole.

That makes 2 silver Montana moss agate rings I have found so far this year. This park feels like it has had the shallow silver cherry picked. Thank goodness for the Etrac sniffing out some deep stuff! Thanks for looking. HH

Congrats - huge finds for the end of the year!

Still some more nice weather left. I am gonna try to hit it to the end.

Nice silver ring! Keep up those discoveries! :treasurechest::icon_thumright:

Those are some really nice finds.
The E-Trac has given me some sweet finds even though some of the target I.D. numbers said otherwise. Congratulations

Congratualtions on the beautiful ring find! :occasion14:
