"All – some very promising news: Today, the U.S. Supreme Court specifically requested a response from DEQ (Oregon Department of Environmental Quality), after meeting in conference about the case. (Last month, DEQ actually waived its right to file a response to the petition, but the Supreme Court has now ordered DEQ to respond.) This follows the Court’s conference yesterday about our case.

A handful of the groups have filed an amicus curiae in the OR case. This was publicly released today. I'll attach a copy of the amicus (if I can remember how) in case you are interested

It's hard to believe that this comes down to the definition of one single word that by pure definition has a simple understandable meaning, even to a child.
That's our Government agencies for you :dontknow:
