Nice one on the silver.
The 2nd picture there's a tray of misc. mixed coinage and rejects. Was that in the bag or a seperate score?

All in the bag.

I have no idea on how the $681.50 was figured.
Did they weighed it, or counted it?
Just thinking if it was weighed, then the rejects had the $.50 cents value in weight.

I don’t know. I paid $681.50. There was $685.00 in half’s. Plus all the other stuff.

I bought a bag of half dollars out of one of those coin star like machines . They said the bag had been In the machine for over two years. They don’t remove them until the bags are full. This bag was half full. It cost me $681.50. Everything in the picture was in that bag. Had 30 silver half dollars. 😁
Very nice! I didn't know you could still buy those bags.

Nice job getting a bag! It definitely treated you well with all those walkers, bens, and silver. Now go see if you can get another bag from somewhere else! If they require it to be full, you can use your leftover halves to fill it up

I was told “no, you can’t buy one” at our closest machine. The store allows the floor space for the machine, but has no control over coin removal. If it’s true.

How does one buy a so called bag out of one of these soda pop machines ?

My guess is it wasn't a coinstar, but something similar. There's a couple stores in my town with a bank and coin counter near the entrance. Free to use for the public up to $500 in coins.

The 1964's on the left are 90% silver too. I can't figure out why they would leave all that money inside a machine for over 2 years. I'd want that money in the bank earning interest if that machine was mine.

Thanks. I never dreamed there would be that many silvers in the bag. The coins were really dirty nasty feeling. At first I thought I got took when I seen all the other stuff in the bag.

The Brinks truck will only pick up the bags if they are full. This bag was only half full.

A big buncha silver! Congratulations! You made a great haul. Thanks for sharing.
