Went into the bank to make a deposit. Was looking at the case in the lobby. They had some .999 silver rounds in and they was marked $31 so I asked to see them. The one the teller pulled out was marked $18.50. I asked her how many they had. Only 3 1 @ $18.50 the other two was $31 so I took all 3 go 3oz's of silver for $80.50. I think that was a good enough deal.......Matt

Nice score! :icon_thumleft:

I have been to literally hundreds of different banks in the past year+. Never once have I seen a bank with coins in a display for sale.

I know of two different banks here close to me that sells coins and silver rounds. The other one was wanting $44 for their rounds. I passed on those.......Matt

One quick question: how did 3 rounds @ $18.50 come to $80.50? :icon_scratch:

1 was $18.50
1 was $31.00
1 was $31.00

For a total of $80.50

Gotcha. I misread your post somehow the first time. Sorry about that! Us Arkansans aren't exactly known for our reading skills. :laughing9:
