Hi y'all, war digs up in N. Georgia again.
Have a few of this weekends finds pictured so far...

The robot works great! Have never seen one working before and my kitchen
floor is now free of dirt (mostly). This will go on e-bay when I "pretty" it up a little.
Talked the people down to $30.00 and I hoped for the best. Came complete with 2 room "gates" that keep the unit confined to a room and the charging station and extra filters.

The bike is a Diamondback Insight 1. A good quality "hybrid" style that is nearly unused.
There was a disgruntled ex-wife that found pleasure in selling it to me for $40.00

The boots were one of my first ladies apparel buys. Tony Lama boots that already sold for $57.00
on the bay, paid $5.00:headbang:

Sold the chrome mixer already too! Paid $3.00 and sold for $39.00 w/free shipping.
It showed no evidence of being used.

Now off to clean up my shipping department, (spare bedroom) it looks like a ransacked hoarders
house!:icon_scratch:

Thanks people! Show your finds!!!:occasion14:

Nice buys war-digs-it.

Nice. Was the chrome mixer a newer repro or one the old original ones? I found a chrome Fostoria hand mixer a while back. Wife uses it now.

I also bought a Roomba for $30 a few months back at a yard sale. I absolutely love it. My new house has hardwood floors so I just run the Roomba when I go out to garage sales. When I come home, my floors are clean. You just cant beat it!

I sold a roomba on Amazon a while ago for $179 (If I remember correctly). The prices on Amazon were much better than on Ebay.

I am noticing a trend. Seems like many of you are finding great success selling on Amazon. I might just give it a try this winter. Thanks!

Amazon is very expensive, but you can often get a lot more for your stuff. Generally, I'll put something up on amazon for a few months then list on eBay.

dejapooh: Would you mind posting a link to an amazon item that isnt a book or dvd. Maybe something vintage that doesnt have a barcode so I can see how those types of listings work on amazon? Thanks!

I generally do not list vintage items without upc on Amazon. I usually list those on Ebay. I do put old books on when I get some (I've got a bunch up now on Theosophy). The non-books I post are all newer.

You can see my stuff at Amazon.com At a Glance: Dejapooh

I doubt I've spent more than $5 for anything there (Except the wall fire place, I paid $50.)
